Processing Time

As our products are handmade and micro batched you can expect your order being shipped between 3-5 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping within the Netherlands starts at €4.95. For larger bundles and packages, shipping is €7.95. Free shipping above €100 in the Netherlands. For orders within Europe, shipping is €15.00.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Order Tracking 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at orders@suciwellbeing.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
